At Inclusive Community Care, we know how important it is to have a well-trained and experienced team you can trust. Our staff bring diverse skills and backgrounds, with many holding advanced training in areas such as PEG feeding, bowel care, and diabetes awareness. This means we are able to confidently support people with specific medical needs.
In addition, our team includes staff with expertise in epilepsy awareness and positive behaviour support, giving us the ability to respond effectively and with understanding in more complex situations. We also have team members trained in mental health first aid and experienced in supporting people with complex needs, ensuring we are prepared to provide safe, compassionate care no matter what challenges may arise.
